Delivery Policy

All timescales given on our website are to be used as a guideline only. We shall make every effort possible to meet these timescales, however, delays can occur due to circumstances which are not under our control. We therefore cannot be under any liability for any delays or failure to deliver within the estimated timescale given. Additionally, all timescales quoted do not include any public holidays.

When carrying out a delivery ourselves, we do make every attempt to deliver item(s) to the room of the customer's choice. However, if a room is not accessible, Kings reserve the right to deliver the item to a more suitable area of the house, or garage. If an item which has been ordered specially for a customer is found not to fit into a customer's property, Kings cannot be held liable for this. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any item they are ordering is able to fit into their property. Where alternate storage or access routes are required, this is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that these routes are in place prior to delivery.

Once goods have been delivered, it is highly recommended that they are checked by the customer immediately – Goods can be taken away at point of delivery if they are checked upon receipt to ensure that the process is handled as quickly as possible. If goods cannot be checked at time of delivery, we encourage customers to check all goods carefully within 48 hours to ensure there is no damaged or missing items and inform us immediately if there is a problem, providing photographic evidence to info@kingsinteriors.com. If an order has been delivered with a fault or has missing items that are not reported in a timely manner, we will be unable to be accept claims.

All deliveries must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over. Though we try to deliver all items ourselves, for small items such as rugs, we reserve the right to deliver using a reputable courier.

If re-delivery is required due to access difficulties at the property, Kings reserve the right to charge an appropriate re-delivery fee.
