Kings Interiors Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases of items from this website. Please read this document carefully before placing your order. We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time. Any such changes shall not affect any contract subsisting between us at the time of such change. Please check them before you make any new purchase. We advise you, our valued customer, to print and keep a copy safe of these terms and conditions for your reference.
Sale of Goods
By placing an order with Kings (referred to as us/we/our) you (the customer) are accepting these terms and conditions, as well as our terms of website use, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We will acknowledge your order by e-mail as soon as possible. Any e-mail or other acknowledgment from us does not constitute our legal acceptance of your order. Your offer is accepted and our contract begins with you, our valued customer, when the goods are despatched.
Your order confirmation is proof of purchase (if you require a separate receipt please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org who will then post a separate receipt out to you). Please ensure you keep this in a safe place as this will also be your guarantee on the following terms: should any of the goods develop a fault simply return your goods within 30 days of purchase (complete with original packaging and accessories - please refer to the returns section below, for additional conditions that apply) and you will be offered the choice of either exchange or full refund. Should a fault develop and the goods be returned to us after 30 days, but within the guarantee period, we will provide a free of charge repair as soon as possible, depending on the availability of a factory technician. After the guarantee has expired we will still endeavour to help with any servicing your goods may require. All items are guaranteed for a full 12 months for domestic use unless otherwise stated. Obviously we cannot provide a guarantee in respect of any misuse e.g. tear, rip, puncture, misuse or if the item is subjected to excessive wear and tear e.g. commercial use. Please note the guarantee will be invalidated if repairs are done by anyone other than us or our authorised agents.
Either of us will have the right to terminate the contract between us without penalty within 7 days from the date we accept your order. In the event of termination we will gladly refund to you all sums paid to us and you shall return any goods that we have despatched to you. Termination of contract shall be without prejudice to the rights and duties of either you or us occurred prior to termination.
Payment and Prices
We will accept payment of your order by Visa, Mastercard, Delta/Connect only. Payment by cheque or cash on delivery is not accepted. Unfortunately we do not offer credit facilities. Payment of goods must be made in accordance of our purchasing procedure. All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to despatch. We cannot accept any responsibility if any details you provide us with are incorrect or if any order is held up as a result of incorrect details. The price for the goods will be as stipulated on the website at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers’ prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to any error or omission on the price published for the goods on our website is wrong. We try to ensure all prices displayed on our website are accurate, but the price on your goods on your order will need to be validated by us prior to processing the order.
If you want to know what data we hold on you, you have a legal right to obtain this information from us. You can make a Subject Access Request at any time, in writing. By law, we have up to 40 days to respond to you and reserve the right to make a small charge for this service.
We may collect and process different types of information about you. Some of this data is considered to be Personal Data (that means you can be identified by it including Sensitive Personal Data) and Anonymous Data (that is data that you cannot be identified from).
We will collect your personal details including but not limited to your real name, user name, address, telephone, email address and any other information you submit when you use our Services to place an order.
If you contact customer support we will keep any information you provide to us including records of correspondence. If you provide feedback to us, or take part in any customer survey, or participate in competitions we, we will keep any information you provide. When you sign up to receive our newsletter only without placing an order, we will collect your name and contact details including emails. We can collect location data from your computer and/or mobile device. When accessing the Services from a mobile device you will be given the option to allow location sharing with our application. If you do not wish to share your location data with us please turn off this feature by following your mobile device instructions to do so. We can track your IP address if you are using a computer to access the Services. We use your location data to research our own Services, develop new products and improve our Services, including using third parties to help us either provide the Services to you or develop new ones, and target advertising to suit your user experience. Your devices can give us lots of information about the device including the brand, model, version of operating system, installed app details, email accounts, mobile carrier and so on. We use aggregate information about our users and non-personal information that we collect to improve the design, functionality, and content of our Website and to analyse usage and performance of our Website (including to perform ad tracking and website or mobile application analytics)

We may also deem it necessary to make such a disclosure in the event of an issue of national security, law enforcement or other such similar situations as we deem necessary including, for example, allegations of alleged infringement of copyright, trademarks or other third parties’ rights by users.
We share your personal information with third party service providers in order to provide the Services to you including third parties who assist us with information processing, credit and payment processing, fulfilment of your order, managing and hosting data, conducting consumer research or satisfaction surveys. These disclosures relate to providing our Services and improving our Services. We do not provide your contact details to third parties for direct marketing by them to you without your express consent.
